Recorded: BBC Radio Cleveland studios, Middlesbrough – 2 track mono
If one song became the bands theme song, particularly at the start, it was this one, driven by a dodgy pulse setting from a dodgy Jen synth, it carried on for six-plus minutes and didn't really go anywhere. The Jen synth was inherited from the old line-up and would only feature sporadically as I mainly used my Yamaha.
Mick had written the lyrics, and out of ignorance had spelt “Kirlian” as “Karleearn”, but we never corrected this, even when it was released on vinyl.
