History in the making...at last I can express my punk passion with a band, rather than passively listen to records. The whole idea of punk was that you could feel empowered to do it yourself, no matter what your level of ability was.
I was determined to explore this new movement, and in the course of an
an afternoon we had written three new songs in the punk style. Lyrically they were primitive, and musically even more so, but that was the appeal.
The tracks, even though credited to Blitzkrieg Bop here, were not at the time, but they were released in 1999 on the “Top Of The Bops” CD so are thus credited here to Bop.
